  The team behind Driftwood Kitchen and The Deck on Laguna Beach concepts, has introduced its newest restaurant in Orange County, Hendrix, at the Ocean Ranch Village in Laguna Niguel (32431 Golden Lantern, Laguna Niguel). This neighborhood restaurant offers a style of cuisine that reflects the current “New American” trend, which assimilates flavors from the melting pot of traditional American cooking techniques. Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz’s menu items include recognizable preparations and emphasize the main ingredient at its best.
