For those who prefer to enjoy a gourmet meal at home, Sapphire Pantry is offering Holiday “To-Go” options. The a la carte menu includes Rosemary Crusted Prime Rib, Diestel Hen Turkey, House Smoked Salmon, Roast Colorado Rack of Lamb, and Chianti Braised Prime Short Ribs, among other items. A variety of holiday-inspired side dishes are available to complement main courses. The Pantry also offers a diverse selection of well-priced wines and beautiful cheese and charcuterie platters, as well as homemade pies and other baked desserts for your holiday gatherings.

All orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 22, and can be made by calling (949) 715-9889. Orders will be available for pick up on Tuesday, December 24.

The best-selling cookbook author says that the prepared meals that feed up to 12 is an ideal gift in that it allows families to spend quality time together, rather than facing a hassle in the kitchen. Orders must be placed no later than Friday, December 20 and picked up at Zov’s Bistro (17440 17th Street, Tustin) by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 24.

The meal includes a choice of roasted aged beef prime rib with traditional au jus, rotisserie pork prime rib with sour cherry sauce or free-range Deistel roast turkey and gravy. Each meal comes complete with a salad of baby greens topped with blue cheese sprinkles and pears and tossed in a balsamic herb vinaigrette; green beans with sautéed mushrooms; glazed baby carrots; creamed corn; and freshly baked dinner rolls.
