Creamistry hand crafts an amazing scoop of ice cream right in front of you using high quality ingredients. First you start with a base of either an indulgent premium, organic, or non-dairy soy. Then you create your unique recipe from a selection of 50 flavors and over 50 mix-in toppings. Then watch as they mix your recipe with liquid nitrogen (-321 degrees) which freezes the cream mixture upon contact then quickly evaporates leaving you with a delicious scoop of ice cream.

The secret to creating the creamiest ice cream is in the rapid freezing of the mixture. Traditionally, ice cream is made in a batch freezer, where it takes about 30-45 minutes to freeze cream into ice cream. Because liquid nitrogen is so cold, it causes the milk particles to stay very small and not form into ice crystals, leaving you with an ultra smooth, creamy texture.

For those who can’t decide what to choose, ten signature flavors are available including vanilla bean with candied bacon, cookie butter, salted caramel, chocolate hazelnut and an array of Asian-inspired flavors such as Thai iced tea, red bean and matcha green tea.

Upon arriving at Creamistry, my family and I were greeted with a staff of smiling faces eager to serve us. They were quick to explain how the process works. We met with Nagla Ameerally, the managing partner, and she helped us decide what to choose. We tried the chocolate hazelnut (Nutella) mixed with peanut butter cups and the cookie butter with a marshmallow cream on top. Both were amazing! It was coldest ice cream I’ve ever had!
