Dutchman’s Seafood House in Morro Bay
We dined as a guest of Morro Bay
On our last night in Morro Bay, we savored a delicious dinner at Dutchman’s Seafood House. The restaurant in located right on the water offering guests beautiful panoramic water views paired with fantastic seafood. We sat together as a family right next to the water and began our dining experience while sharing our favorite memories from the day.
One of the things that I liked about Dutchman’s is that all of the tables are spaced apart nicely so your family can have an intimate dining experience. The restaurant is family owned, and they are one of the only restaurants in the bay that has their own dock, so you’re getting some of the freshest seafood available in Morro Bay.
My husband ordered their clam chowder that was both fresh and delicious. It was a creamy soup, and he savored every bite. While my husband just had soup for dinner, I was in the mood for a little surf and turf. I ordered the steak and shrimp where the steak was cooked to the perfect temperature. The steak was paired to perfection with a side of shrimp, and it was a delicious meal.
Dutchman’s featured a large variety of options on their children’s menu, and all of the kids were in sync during this meal and all ordered the chicken nuggets. Our kids ate every bite of their dinner while giggling and coloring their kids menus together.
Once we were done enjoying dinner together, we took one last walk along the bay where we soaked in the beautiful sunset at Morro Bay Rock.
