If you’ve ever wondered what professional chefs make for their own holiday celebrations, now is your time to experience it for yourself at Eats Kitchen & Bar on Christmas Eve, December 24 and Christmas Day, December 25.

Eats Kitchen & Bar Executive Chef Jason Montelibano is serving up a remixed family-style menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day featuring a playful combination of favorites you’d see on his table at home. Pair a demi-glaze rib roast with shepherd’s pie or whole snapper with purple potato puree. Standards like roasted chicken, mac and cheese, heirloom carrots and Brussels sprouts made the cut, but don’t expect desserts to be ordinary. Mini gingerbread cakes with nutmeg-infused butter cream, and dark chocolate truffles with white chocolate peppermint will satisfy any holiday sweet tooth.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner is served from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. (Sunday – Thursday) and 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Sapphire Pantry Holiday Offerings

Preparing a large holiday meal can be stressful, and Sapphire Pantry’s “To-Go” options are perfect for those who would rather spend time with family, than in the kitchen all day. The “A La Carte” menu includes Rosemary Sea Salt Crusted Prime Rib, Whole-Herb Roasted Diestel Hen Turkey, Roast Colorado Rack of Lamb, and Chianti Braised Prime Short Ribs, among other items. Many holiday-inspired side dishes are also available. The Pantry offers a wide-range of delectable cheese and charcuterie platters, as well as homemade pies, breads and other baked items.

All orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, and can be made by calling (949) 715-9889. Orders will be available for pick up on Christmas Eve Wednesday, December 24.
