EATS Kitchen & Bar offers contemporary twists on comfort food with a patio and cozy fire for lounging on crisp SoCal winter nights.

Here’s what’s new and happening at these favorite Hotel Irvine social gathering spots this coming season:

Good EATS Weekend Brunch
Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
EATS Sunday Brunch is packed with so much flavor, another brunch day had to be added. The gastropub now serves brunch on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, complete with classic breakfast favorites and contemporary twists. Guests can add even more flavor to their weekend with $8 bottomless mimosas or EATS $14 build-your-own bloody mary bar.

A Taste of Marketplace
Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fridays have never been so fresh. Food lovers who stop by Marketplace every Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. can sample a selection of healthy, organic bites and maybe even discover a new favorite treat.

California Wine Nights at EATS Kitchen & Bar
Fridays on January 27, February 24 and March 24 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
New wine dinners are coming to EATS Kitchen & Bar. This winter, three nights are planned for sippers to taste California wines while enjoying fresh, farm-to-table cuisine as they feast on a four-course dinner with wines that complement every flavor.
January 27: Ancient Peaks Winery
February 24: Andrew Murray Vineyards
March 24: Claiborne & Churchill Vintners

Smoke & Sip at Red Bar and Lounge

Daily at 3 p.m., Starting in February
This is what lounging is all about. Every evening from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., Red Bar and Lounge presents Smoke & Sip, where a sampling of three vintage single-malt Macallans is paired with a choice of a cigar from Red Bar and Lounge’s selection – both to be enjoyed on the patio while relaxing and taking in the crisp breeze.
$35 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Super Bowl All-You-Can-Eat Tailgate Party
Sunday, February 5, 2017, starting at 2 p.m.
It’s not a Super Bowl party without plenty of snacks and beer – so football fans should rush to Red Bar and Lounge for an all-you-can-eat tailgate party, featuring game-day favorites like chicken wings, guacamole and chips, bratwurst and $2 beers. For fans who want to bring the whole gang, they can reserve a booth in advance. Touchdown!

March Madness at Red Bar and Lounge
March 14 to April 3
Red Bar and Lounge has got the brews. Sports nuts can catch their favorite NCAA March Madness games on the big screen, sip on $2 beers while they watch the action unfold.

After a long day there’s only one place to go: Happy Hour at EATS Kitchen & Bar. Every day from 5 to 7 p.m. are $2 bites, $3 draft beers, $4 wines and craft cocktails and a whole lot of fun.

Happy Hour at Red Bar and Lounge
What do most coworkers, friends and dates have in common? A love for Happy Hour at Red Bar and Lounge. So they should come by any day of the week from 3 to 7 p.m. when select food and drinks are half off.

Taco Twos Day
Hotel Irvine is doubling down on deliciousness. Every Tuesday, both EATS Kitchen & Bar and Red Bar and Lounge serve up their featured $2 tacos. And thirsty taco fans can pair their fare with fresh $5 margaritas.

$1 Buck Shuck
If it’s Wednesday, oyster fans can bet their bottom dollar on fresh, delicious oysters for just $1 each at EATS Kitchen & Bar – a taste of premium-quality varieties like Skookums, Fanny Bay, Chef’s Creek and Phantom Creek, served with a Bloody Mary granite, shallot mignonette, cocktail sauce, Tabasco and lemon wedges.
