The Loft Introduces Weekend Brunch Menu
After much anticipation, The Loft will introduce Weekend Brunch beginning Saturday, November 19th. Having previously only offered Brunch on select holidays, the Laguna Beach waterfront restaurant will now offer an a la carte menu every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Chef de Cuisine Michael Campbell presents an elevated menu of brunch-time favorites, alongside unique dishes with interesting twists. Among his new Brunch menu items are Apple & Mascarpone Crepes; Chile Verde with Pork Belly and Sausage; Mortadella Eggs Benedict; and Pastrami Hash with Guajillo Chile and Dill-Pickled Green Tomatoes. Dishes can be paired with breakfast cocktails such as a Blood Orange Mimosa or a Signature Montage Bloody Mary.
“The Loft’s picturesque setting makes it the perfect weekend getaway for those wanting to enjoy a relaxing brunch, whether they are Orange County locals or guests of Montage,” explained Chef Campbell, whose menus at The Loft present inventive, yet familiar cuisine. “My Weekend Brunch menu offers something for everyone, from more traditional brunch dishes, to more eclectic offerings to excite the palate.”
