LUCCA Executive Chef/Co-Owner Cathy Pavlos has introduced a new menu that pops with springtime freshness! It features the most crisp, flavorful ingredients found this time of year – many of which are sourced hyper-locally within miles of the restaurant.

LUCCA’s farm fresh, seasonal items include strawberries, kale, beets, blueberries, avocado, asparagus, limes, Spring peas, and many springtime herbs. Chef Cathy is also showcasing grains, such as red and white quinoa, along with interesting ingredients such as Za’atar seasoning, fennel pollen, saffron, and harissa.
