PdM Kitchen Expands Menu for 25th Anniversary
PdM (formerly Pain du Monde) is celebrating their 25th Anniversary in Orange County with the expansion of their menu. The new menu features delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert items that are perfect to enjoy with your family this holiday season

The breakfast menu includes the new dishes French Toast layered with mascarpone cheese and a warm caramel-blackberry liqueur sauce, and Scott’s Benedict, a signature take on the classic egg dish with a parmesan twist topped with goat cheese, Niman Ranch bacon, grilled tomato, arugula and poached eggs. The menu also includes a Country Breakfast, with eggs served on rosemary potatoes, a Fried Egg Sandwich with Niman Ranch bacon, grilled tomatoes and Emmenthal Swiss cheese, and other selections.

An array of new starters are on the dinner menu, including a Wedge Salad with bleu cheese and Niman Ranch bacon, Burger Sliders (Black Angus beef and served with grilled onions), BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders (slow-cooked pulled pork, served with coleslaw and barbecue ranch dressing), Bruschetta (lightly toasted ciabatta topped with tomato, garlic, basil and olive oil), Mozzarella Caprice (fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, basil, olive oil and parsley), and Shrimp Scampi (sautéed shrimp in a light wine lemon butter sauce with capers.)

New entrees include Seafood Pasta (fresh Green Mussels, shrimp, clams, tomato and basil in a white wine sauce and served over angel hair pasta); Grilled Steak (topped with a red wine mushroom sauce and served on mashed potatoes); and Flank Steak (topped with grilled romaine, mushrooms, and onions in a red wine reduction sauce with crumbled bleu cheese and served with mashed potatoes); Grilled Salmon served with mango salsa; Enchiladas (with a choice of Mary’s chicken or steak, housemade enchilada sauce, sour cream, cotija cheese, queso fresco and green onions, and served with black beans and Mexican rice); and a Burrito with a choice of Mary’s chicken, steak or shrimp with guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco, lettuce, salsa and sour cream with a side of fiery avocado sauce, black beans and Mexican rice.) To end the meal on a sweet note, PdM Kitchen has also debuted a dessert menu. All made fresh daily on the premises, desserts include Frangelico Crème Brulee, Berry Shortcake, Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla bean ice cream, and Cheesecake with fresh berries.

To complement its dishes, PdM Kitchen has wine selections from Weins, Mossback, Gainey, Angeline and Spellbound, and a popular Amouir De L’Orange sparkling wine. The restaurant also has craft beer from Stone, Coronado Brewing and others.
PdM Kitchen features original recipes using only the highest quality ingredients and responsibly grown beef, poultry and pork. Everything is made fresh on the premises daily.
