Provisions Market New Menu Offerings

Chef Greg Daniel’s with Provisions Market has just introduced a new menu featuring salads, small plates and sandwiches.

The new menu items that can be found at Provisions Market along with other specialty food items includes:

Salads

  • MARKET GREENS – mixed local greens, buttermilk dressing, french breakfast radish, cucumber, pickled red onion
  • POTATO SALAD – fingerling potatoes, sour cream, dill, bacon bits
  • WEDGE – pickled shallot rings, point reyes bleu cheese, jacobsen sea salt, pink peppercorns, champagne vinaigrette
  • BEET SALAD – goat cheese, spiced marcona almonds, arugula, creamy citrus dressing, jacobsen sea salt

Small Plates

  • ASSORTED RADISHES – whipped butter, salt, lime
  • THE DEVIL WEARS PINK – cage-free eggs, pickled to pink perfection with beet & habanero
  • PICKLE BOARD – assorted house pickles
  • HUMMUS DIP – roasted red bell pepper, curried marcona almonds, lavash
  • SMOKED MARLIN – pickles, olive oil

  • MIXED CHEESE – cheese blended with garlic and white wine, torched, dried fruit
  • TOMATO CONFIT – roasted garlic, pesto, herbs, parmigiano reggiano
  • BURRATA CHEESE – burrata, arbequina olive oil, saba, chervil, flowers
  • CURED SALMON – cured skuna bay salmon, espelette cream cheese, cucumber, radish, micro greens

Sandwiches (served on OC Baking Company bread with house pickles and potato chips)

  • CB&J – roasted cashew butter, stout-apricot-bacon jam, banana chips
  • PROVISIONS CUBAN – zoe’s coppa, fra’mani smoked ham, emmentaler, pickles, mustard
  • CURED MEATS – assorted salumi, beer mustard, relish, spicy mayo
  • PASTRAMI & BLUE – zoe’s pastrami, point reyes mousse, arugula, caramelized onions, heirloom tomato
  • AFTER SCHOOL SPECIAL – rogue morimoto soba grilled cheese with tomato soup
  • ROASTED TURKEY – zoe’s roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, triple crème cheese, red onion, mixed greens
  • ALBACORE TUNA – albacore in olive oil, caperberries, caramelized pearl onion, mixed greens, citrus vinaigrette
  • CHICKEN SALAD – apples, dried cherries, mixed greens
  • GRILLED VEGETABLES – squash, eggplant, onion, spiced goat cheese, arugula, balsamic vinegar
  • PIG FACE – porchetta di testa, wild arugula, pecorino romano, cumin aioli

“We’re focused on delivering a quality culinary selection that presents our riff on classic deli foods,” explained Chef Greg Daniels, who oversees the kitchens at Haven Gastropub in Orange and Pasadena, as well as taco asylum in Costa Mesa. “This menu rounds out the 100-plus great cheeses, caviar, housemade jams, charcuterie, and chocolates that are offered alongside our incredible selection of craft beers, wines and Champagne.”

Provisions Market also offers guests uncooked hand-formed, custom-grind Haven Burger and Lamb Burger patties known at its sister concept, Haven Gastropub.

Provisions Market is located at 143 N Glassell Street in Orange.
