Summer Cocktail Recipes
Thyme for Peaches is made using a ripe peach half, skin on, muddled in a shaker glass with a sprig of fresh thyme, ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice, and ¼ oz of simple syrup. Add 2 oz. Famous Grouse blended scotch, ½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur and ice cubes before shaking “like a Polaroid picture,” then strain into a chilled coupe or champagne saucer glass. As Shane suggests, “garnish the cocktail with another thyme sprig for a nice herbaceous nose, and enjoy!”
