Tofu Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Families are attempting to make healthier meals, and the holidays are always a struggle to continue healthy eating. As Thanksgiving quickly approaches, try swapping out that traditional pumpkin bread for this tofu pumpkin bread recipe.
Your family will not be able to tell that the bread is even made with tofu. Tofu lightens up recipes and takes away saturated fats that most pumpkin bread recipes contain. We use House Foods Tofu because it is non-GMO verified, kosher, and gluten-free. We guarantee that this will become a new favorite in your family holiday recipe card box.
