Z’Tejas Debuts a New Winter Menu
Z’Tejas has just released a new winter menu starting today, November 26th, for guests to enjoy while dining at their South Coast Plaza location. All of the items on their new winter menu come with suggested wine pairings to expand on the dining experience for their guests.
Meat Loaf Dinner
One of the highlights on their new winter menu is the meatloaf that comes served with a natural pan gravy along with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Short Rib Dinner
The meat lover will love their new beef short rib that is marinated in spices and served with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Roasted Chicken Dinner
The flavors of the holidays will explode with every bite of their cider brine roast children with pecan baked sweet potato.
Southwestern Scallop Skillet
For guests looking to enjoy some seafood, they are offering a cast-iron scallop dish served atop charred tomato red rice with roasted vegetables.
The lunch menu includes a roast chicken pot pie, arugula salad tossed with Gala apples, roasted beets, leeks, fennel and goat cheese, short rib enchiladas, and an open-faced meatloaf sandwich.
Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill is located on the east side of South Coast Plaza at 3333 S. Bristol Street, Costa Mesa.
