Fresh Brothers – Fresh Thinking Fresh Pizza
We dined as a guest of the venue
When brothers Adam and Scott decided to open up a pizza joint, they wanted it to be different; they wanted it to be fresh, and created Fresh Brothers Pizza. The minute that guests bite into their food, they can immediately tell the difference from their food and that of their competitors.
From salads to wings, mini meatball sandwiches to pies, they take pride in their cuisine and are serious about keeping things fresh. First, they offer a variety of crusts. From their New MegaGrain crust, skinny or thin crust, Deep Dish, Gluten Free, and seasonal specials like their Matzah crust, they have something for everyone.
Then there is their sauce which is packed with 100% fresh tomatoes (not concentrate) and all-natural mozzarella cheese. They take pleasure in their product and never fry anything. That’s right their wings, bites, tenders, even Fresh Fries are baked! And guess what? You can’t even tell because they are all delicious.
With the rise of gluten allergies, Fresh Brothers have made it easier for families with gluten sensitivity to eat out. They have a special section of their kitchen for gluten-free foods. Their wing sauces are all gluten-free with zero trans fat and zero saturated fat. For vegans, they offer Soy-free, dairy-free cheese as well as a vegan sausage, vegan tenders, and vegan salad dressings. They really have thought things through so that they can accommodate a community as a whole.
Currently, their only Orange County location is in Corona del Mar at 1616 San Miguel Drive, but they are expanding and soon will have two new locations the Westcliff Plaza in Newport Beach and at the Aliso Village Center next to Whole Foods in Laguna Niguel. Time for you to eat and fresh and try out Fresh Brothers. For more information about Fresh Brothers check out their website at www.freshbrothers.com.
